Artists were recruited differently, with the exception of Eric Karjaluoto, for this exhibition as submissions were juried. The artwork selected for this exhibition explored the theme of technology, life and the next millennium.
Technology has altered the development of life on this planet and it appears to show no signs of slowing down. It has become an integral part of our environment. It is our landscape. Artists were challenged to project themselves into the future and thus anticipate the unprecedented, the unfamiliar and even the bizarre.
