This promotion is offered by the Prince George Regional Art Gallery Association, dba Two Rivers Gallery, 725 Civic Plaza, Prince George, BC, V2L 5T1 Canada.
How to Enter
All eligible persons (as described below under the “Who is Eligible?” section) who register for or renew an Individual, Gold, Family, Senior or Student Gallery membership during September 2013 will be automatically entered into the draw. Each eligible registration counts as one entry into the draw.
In addition, all eligible persons (as described below under the “Who is Eligible?” section), whether they are existing Gallery members or not, who successfully recommend another person (collectively referred to as the “Recommended Person”) to register for an Individual, Gold, Family, Senior or Student Gallery membership during September 2013 will be automatically entered into the draw. Each eligible recommendation counts as one entry into the draw.
Automated entries are prohibited and any use of automated devices will result in disqualification.
You may also enter the draw without registering for membership as described above by mailing a 3”x5” index card with your hand-printed first name, last name, date of birth, home mailing address, email address, phone number in an envelope with proper postage to: Two Rivers Gallery, (Membership Draw), 725 Civic Plaza, Prince George, BC, V2L 5T1 Canada. Incomplete entries submitted through this method of entry will not be entered into the draw.
The promotion starts on September 1st, 2013 at 12:00:01 AM and closes on September 30th, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time.
Who is Eligible?
To be eligible, you must be a legal resident of Canada and 19 years of age or older at the time of entry into the draw.
Employees, agents or representatives of Two Rivers Gallery and their family members, close relatives and cohabitants are not eligible to participate.
There is one (1) Prize available to be won. The Prize is a gift card redeemable for Two Rivers Gallery programs and/or merchandise with a total value of two thousand dollars (CDN $2,000).
Determination of Winner
One (1) entry will be selected in a random draw from among all eligible entries received. Draw will be conducted on Thursday, October 3rd, 2013 at 4:00pm at Two Rivers Gallery, 725 Civic Plaza, Prince George, BC, V2L 5T1 Canada. In order to be declared a winner, selected applicants’ entries must have been verified by Two Rivers Gallery and they must first correctly answer an unaided time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered by email, phone or mail. Two Rivers Gallery reserves the right to require proof of age and jurisdiction of residence prior to awarding any prize.
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone at the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of registration within 48 hours of the draw. The winners will be required to acknowledge by phone, via email or in writing his/her receipt of notification of eligibility for prize and correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. If no response is received by Two Rivers Gallery within three (3) business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random draw selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Claiming the Prize
The prize will be awarded in person at a mutually convenient date and time at Two Rivers Gallery, 725 Civic Plaza, Prince George, BC, V2L 5T1 Canada. The winner agrees to have his/her photo taken at the time of the awarding of the prize.
Winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes, if any, that may result in claiming a prize in this promotion.Decisions of Two Rivers Gallery are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment in respect to this promotion. Two Rivers Gallery reserves the right at any time to withdraw this promotion or to modify, amend, or supplement these rules, in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
Two Rivers Gallery reserves the right to seek damages and/or other relief from all persons responsible for any attempt to tamper with the entry process, interfere with these Rules, deliberately damage any website or undermine the administration, security or legitimate operation of the draw.
By participating in this promotion, the winner consents to the use by Two Rivers Gallery of their first and last name, hometown and photograph for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except prohibited by law. The winner agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules.
This promotion is subject to all federal, provincial and local laws. Void where prohibited and restricted by law.
