The Gallery welcomes events large and small
Two Rivers Gallery’s unique architecture is perfect for capturing those special moments in life like prom, grad and weddings. The Gallery invites you to employ this wonderful building for the backdrop to your celebratory moments.
A unique setting for your special event!
The state-of-the-art Two Rivers Gallery is the perfect venue for your event. Whether you are booking a formal dinner for 50 guests, a cocktail reception for 125, a corporate meeting for 10, or the wedding reception of your dreams we have the most inspiring spaces available in Prince George!
The Gallery offers three distinct spaces to accommodate your specific needs.
- The Foyer is a wonderful gathering place for your guests or it can be reconfigured into a bijou presentation area.
- The Rustad Galleria, where exhibitions change every four weeks, is a light filled space where cocktail party goers can easily mingle with the opportunity of discussing the artworks on show.
- The Atrium is a very large open space with a high domed ceiling on the upper floor where you can hold a formal business presentation, wedding reception or treat your guests to a formal dinner.
The entire Gallery is available outside of operational hours.
Guests can mingle and delight in the Gallery’s contemporary architecture, enjoy current art exhibitions and browse our unique gift shop before your event. Take advantage of the Gallery as the epicentre of creativity within the region and surprise your guests with a guided exhibition tour and accompanying art activity.
The Gallery has a list of trusted caterers, party rental suppliers and musicians. The Gallery’s Event Liaison Officer will help you coordinate your event with a minimum of two staff members present during the event.
All funds raised through facility rentals support Two Rivers Gallery Exhibitions and Programs.
Do you have a creative child who loves to get messy? Let us host your next birthday party here at the Gallery! We have several fun and exciting themes for children 5 – 12.
Your package includes:
- A birthday facilitator to lead you through all of the activities
- DIY Face painting, crazy party hat making and an art activity in your chosen theme
- T-shirt for the birthday child (decorated by the party guests)
- Party room (decorated with the birthday child’s favourite colours)
- 1 free family admission pass ($15 value) for each party guest
What you can bring:
- Birthday Cake
- Food and Drinks
- Goodie bags
- Cutlery and dishware
- Additional balloons and decorations
We’ll take care of all of the decorations, activities, and cleanup – you provide the food, drinks and birthday cake!
Saturdays from 1pm – 3pm OR Sundays from 10am – 12pm
$175 (+GST) for 10 children (birthday child is free). $13 (+GST) for each additional child, up to 14 children. Final payment is due at the time of the booking.
Cancellation Policy: We require 14 days’ notice to cancel a Birthday Party rental at no charge. After this time a cancellation fee of $30 will be charged.
